Description:

Ultrasonic sonicator uses ultrasonic cavitation to disperse agglomerated particles. The "cavitation" effect of ultrasonic wave in liquid forms local high temperature, high pressure or strong shock wave and micro jet, which propagates in the form of standing wave in the suspended body, causing the particles to be periodically stretched and compressed. The combination of these actions leads to the destruction of the agglomerate structure in the system, the enlargement of the particle gap and the formation of separate particles.

Performance advantages:

1) Compared with the traditional mixing and ball milling process, the operation cost per unit capacity can be greatly reduced. It is especially suitable for industrial production.


2) For liquid-liquid mixture, the chemical reaction speed can be increased, the amount of additives can be reduced, and the fully mixed solution is not suitable for stratification for a long time.


3) For the solid-liquid mixture, the easily agglomerated nanoparticles can be opened in a short time, and the dispersed ultrafine particles are not easy to agglomerate again.


Tips of operation:

Ultrasonic sonicator are powerful, but they also generate a lot of heat and noise as a result of their use of ultrasonic energy.

Therefore, it is highly recommended that you use ear protectors and/or keep them in an insulated housing to reduce noise levels during the homogenization process. Reaction kettle, cooling device and circulation device can be designed according to your application requirements.


To maximize the life of the speaker, clean and dry the speaker after each use.

Failure to properly maintain the horn can lead to pitting (localized corrosion that creates holes in the titanium), which can reduce the horn's effectiveness.


Ultrasonic sonicator must be used with liquid samples.

They are not suitable for dry homogenization applications.

Immerse the horn into the sample before turning on the instrument and ensure that the horn does not touch the sides of the container during operation.
