Why does the current increase

The large current of the ultrasonic welding machine is generally caused by the mismatch between the ultrasonic vibration system of the ultrasonic transducer and the ultrasonic generator.

How to solve this problem

1. The loosening of the screw between the ultrasonic mold and the transducer leads to a large current. The general way to eliminate it on machines that have been in use for a while is to use a special wrench for ultrasonic molds to check whether the mold is not locked.

2. The ultrasonic mold or die head is damaged or broken, which generally occurs on the ultrasonic that has been used for a long time or for a long time. The way to eliminate it is to check whether there are cracks on the surface of the die head, or install it on other ultrasonic systems to detect.

3. Replace the ultrasonic transducer vibrator or ultrasonic die. If the current is too high after replacing these two components, this is a normal situation. This problem can be solved by adjusting the ultrasonic frequency.
