SP TECH offers a wide range of converter types to achieve the best results for each application. The converter converts the electrical oscillation generated by the ultrasonic generator into mechanical sound waves.
The ultrasonic converter is equipped with 2, 4 or 6 ceramic discs, depending on the application. The latter is mainly used in the packaging industry and continuous use. The vibration is preferably transmitted to the ultrasonic workpiece through the ceramic disc, so as to reduce the process time and ensure high process reliability. The top quality shell is very durable and has a variety of HF interfaces.
