Ultrasonic assisted system is a new technology of machining method, which can enhance milling and drilling performance through high frequency micro vibration. The ultrasonic assistant system consists of three parts: ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer and ultrasonic horn.
The SP Tech Ultrasonic Machining Module features various types of special functions in advanced material processing.
Certain functions, such as ceramic microdrilling and Nomex honeycomb V-cutting, may be difficult to process using traditional CNC methods or may require the use of specialized machines.
Our modules can significantly improve quality and efficiency by eliminating chip width, dissipating cutting heat or more efficiently removing chip through dense and subtle ultrasonic vibrations.
