The aperture range of ultrasonic drilling is 0.1 ~ 90 mm, the machining depth can reach more than 100 mm, and the hole accuracy can reach 0.02 ~ 0.05 mm. The surface roughness can reach 1.25-0.63 μ m for glass and 0.63-0.32 μ m for cemented carbide.
