The machining technology of SP TECH ultrasonic tool holders is mainly used to reciprocate the tool in a fixed direction at a high-speed frequency of 20,000 to 40,000 times per second by the resonance effect. The amplitude can make the cutting removal in the machining process more effective, therefore simultaneously reducing the cutting force and chipping of hard-to-cut materials as well as optimizing the machined surface.
SP Tech Ultrasonic Machining Module adopts non-contact power transmission technology. Unlimited by spindle speed and consumables, the tool speed can reach 38,000 RPM or more, so it can more economically process advanced materials with complex geometries, such as ceramics, glass, sapphire, tungsten carbide and composit

Common products for 7days, big qty and none standard products for 20days.

1-2 units we could send by EXPRESS(DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS), heavy weight more than 50kg,we suggest to use sea freight LCL or by air.

One years Warranty with none human damage. After warranty time, factory will repair fix it or send the new parts on cost price.
